Seattle condominiums span the spectrum from efficiently arranged units less than 1,000 square feet in communities like Burien and Pioneer Square to more lavishly appointed buildings with floorplans over 2,000 square feet in a range from just over $100,000 to close to $1 million. Some units provide opulence in the interior finishes, some have opulent views of the skyline, lake, mountains, or bay, and select condos offer both. Luxury condo buildingsabove $2 million in areas like Belltown provide lux accommodations and amenities and typically cover over 3,000 square feet.
